These Terms govern your access to and use of MailStack, a VooStack product. This is a summary stub; full terms will be published before general availability. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

MailStack provides a transactional email API, deliverability tooling, and a template builder. You're responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable email and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR).

Acceptable use

• No unsolicited bulk email (spam) or sending to purchased lists.
• Honor unsubscribe requests and the suppression list at all times.
• No phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
• Only send from domains you're authorized to use and have verified.

Billing

MailStack is usage-only: 3,000 emails per month are free, then $0.40 per 1,000 emails sent, billed per 1,000 (rounded up). A payment method is required to send beyond the free tier. You may set a monthly spend cap; sending pauses when the cap is reached.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform deliverability, or engage in abuse, with notice where practicable.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as set out in the full Terms.
